What is it?

The FP Texas Strength & Conditioning Online Group Training Program builds on the foundational work you’ve already established, equipping you with the tools to strengthen and condition your body for real-world demands. This program is designed to progressively fortify your movement patterns, advancing each week with controlled exercises that prepare your body for more dynamic and athletic movements.


2. Who is this program for?

  • Clients who have completed the Developmental Program, the HF/10-Week Online Course, or the Functional Training System.

  • Individuals with 6–12 months of FP experience looking to build strength and condition their body for more dynamic movement.

  • Those seeking to enhance muscle engagement and refine their functional movement patterns for athletic or real-world performance.


What’s Included?

Expert-Led Live Group Classes
Interactive sessions held twice a week to guide you through progressively challenging exercises while reinforcing proper movement mechanics.

  • 30-Minute Group Support Calls
    Two monthly calls where you can:

    • Share your progress and ask questions.

    • Gain insights and tips from practitioners.

    • Connect with like-minded participants to build a supportive community.

  • Personalized Feedback
    Receive tailored advice within the group setting to help you fine-tune your practice.
